Les portes sectionnelles constituent la solution la plus pratique et la plus commode pour votre garage. Nos portes préservent efficacement la chaleur car elle dispose d’un coefficient U similaire à celui des fenêtres multichambres qui sont utilisées dans les bâtiments à haute performance énergétique. Les panneaux sont remplis de mousse de polyuréthane dans notre propre usine et nos portes disposent également d’un ensemble de joints qui contribuent à la réduction de ce coefficient.

WHAT IS THE REQUIRED DRIVEWAY LENGTH?

Form and function

Sectional garage doors are manufactured using 40 mm panel garage doors. All our panels facility using state-of-the-art technological lines which ensure high quality and repeatability at each stage of the manufacturing process. High technical parameters and reliable corrosion protection are obtained thanks to the use of high grade, galvanized steel with paint or film coating. The stiff polyurethane foam core ensures optimum strength for the panels and improves their thermal insulation. Special solutions, such as the 5-layer sheet bending system ensures stable fastening of elements, which further increases the strength of our design.

YOU FEEL SECURE

Our up-and-over doors are safe to use, and certified in accordance with the requirements of European Standard EN 13241-1. The solutions applied in these doors guarantee safety for yourself and your family: an overload switch, photocells, spring casings, the shape of guides and guide rolls with bearings. A two-point, latch-type door bolting system makes certain that the door is locked.

AUTOMATION SYSTEMS

PROXIMA G1000L drive is a modern, safe and durable garage gate drive of unprecedented possibilities. It has a high driving torque of 1000 Nm, which ensures very quick lifting. The set includes one rail with emergency lock for a carriage and chain drive transmission.

ADDITIONAL PARAMETERS:

  • Self-locking, fully metallic worm gear in a metal housing, integrated with the engine
  • Hall Effect rotation sensor - control of gate position with sub-millimetre precision, also in case of power outage,
  • Precise overload sensor, reversing the gate movement,
